An important part of our advocacy and community engagement work is providing summer and fall college and graduate internship opportunities for young people to gain real-world job training in environmental policy, law, advocacy, community science, communications, events, and education, while also contributing to our mission.
These mentoring opportunities help foster the next generation of environmental protection leaders with real-world experience that can be applied to future education and career goals.
Since 2015, we have mentored 55 interns, with many moving into positions in the environmental field.
Join us on August 10th when our interns will present their capstone projects, which help forward our mission. See former capstones and meet our interns.
