SEPTEMBER
Litter Bugs me
& Coastal CleanUp Day
Groups: Litter Bugs Me | September 16 - 19
Individuals: Coastal Clean-Up Day | Saturday, September 20
Local businesses, clubs, village associations, and nonprofits are invited to join us for Litter Bugs Me as a Team Up to Clean Up Crew! Groups adopt a spot, roadway, beach, or creek in coastal Marin to clean up after the busy tourist summer season and before the first winter rains.
Or individuals can help us for Coastal Cleanup Day, an international event dedicated to clean-ups worldwide. As part of our week-long "Litter Bugs Me" initiative, we host a weekend clean-up in various locations across northern West Marin (Inverness and Point Reyes). This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to volunteer in our community and make a meaningful impact on the wildlife and habitats within our watershed.
OCTOBER
Piper on the Ridge
Sunday, October 5, 2025 | 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Join us on Point Reyes National Seashore's Inverness Ridge to watch the setting sun over the Pacific Ocean, and the rise of the full moon while listening to the sounds of Scottish bagpipes. This is a great way to come together to usher in the changing season.
